5.0 out of 5 stars Extremely useful book, 4 Jul 2007
By Catmint (South East England) - See all my reviews
Having just been diagnosed with Meares-Irlen Syndrome, I had a look to see what there was in the way of books about it, and happened upon this one. It's clearly-written, easy to read and follow, and I've now lent it to my mum to read because it will help her understand it better. I like that there are visual examples of what the printed page appears like to those affected, and it really helped explain how I see things.

Particularly useful is the fact that it's an individual story rather than a clinician's textbook. It's more personal, more "real" in a way.
