5.0 out of 5 stars A "Must Have" for anyone considering online publishing, 3 Mar 2002
This book is a goldmine of information regarding the online world of publishing and promotion. Who better to describe it than MJ Rose, author of "Lip Service" the book that opened doors of hope for countless authors who had had their books rejected by normal publishing houses, and Angela Hoy Adair publisher and author of a number of extremely helpful and popular books for writers. Between them, and their contributing writers, they take you on a journey through the various stages that you need to consider if you are going to get your book published online.

The book is very biased towards the publishing company "Booklocker" which is, as is clearly stated throughout the book, the company that Angela Hoy Adair owns with her husband. However it's fair to say that at the moment Booklocker does have one of the best deals around for anyone considering online publication, and does have a reputation for treating its writers well.

I didn't expect to get as much information out of the book as I actually did, and I certainly didn't expect to be entertained as I learned the online publishing process. The authors are very candid about their experiences, both good and bad, and share their knowledge with a generous helping of humour.

Although obviously orientated towards the US market, I'd recommend this book to anyone thinking about publishing their book as either an ebook, or in POD format.
