Product Description

It deals with both comparative and interactive aspects of talk across cultures, incorporates disciplinary perspectives, and illustrates theoretical issues with empirical studies. It should be suitable for third-year undergraduate and postgraduate readers, as well as professionals interested in intercultural communication.
