By A Customer
Like Ian Rankin's Rebus stories, only much lighter, this is a brilliantly human book packed with great narrative descriptions and a surprisingly involving plot. It is also at times quite astutely witty and becomes all the more enjoyable for it. Full of well-eteched (but not overly so) characters and decent plot developments, it was for me an unexpected pleasure. Most certainly worth a read.
