4.0 out of 5 stars Hilarious - but not for the easily offended!, 1 Jan 2001
By A Customer
What a funny book! This was a chance encounter whilst searching for a christmas present for my father and has proved to be the ideal present for a man who is not unlike Victor Meldrew! The book contains as many different slang terms for as many different types of people as you could ever imagine and is perfect for people who like to insult others. Before giving the present to my father I 'revised' a few choice phrases and now am a master of insulting people. A word of warning though - do not go anywhere near this book if you are easily offended! Some of the sections have phrases that are funny, but much better left unsaid! I love this book most because I am married to a Police Officer and there is a large section of more than suitable insults for him!
