About the Author
John Poikinghorne is a past President and now Fellow of Queen's College, Cambridge, and a Fellow of the Royal Society. He is a key figure in advancing and popularising the science and theology debate, and his books have established a reputation for communicating theological ideas in a stimulating yet accessible way. Michael Welker is Professor of Systematic Theology and Director of the Internationales Wissenschaftsforum at the University of Heidelberg. He is also a fellow of the Center for Theological Inquiry, Princetown. His books, which include God the Spirit (Fortress), have been translated into English
