5.0 out of 5 stars A comprehensive introduction, 12 Dec 2007
This book is an excellent text for anyone seeking an overview for the whole management process within organisations. Although perhaps aimed primarily at undergraduate students, it would also be very useful for postgraduate and professional students. The topic coverage is very good and the material is up to date and reflects current thinking in the field of management. Using a range of different contributors is one of the book's key strengths and provides a range of different pespectives. The use of practical examples and case-studies of well known companies adds to the relevance of this book for all those studying management.
