4.0 out of 5 stars Good & difficult, 13 Nov 2009
By Mr. P. Sorli (Stavanger, Norway) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
The book is very detailed, and has a lot of proof of everything it says (references) but it sometimes becomes to much. However, it is understandable as there really isn't any proof for HR-OP, but still. The book covers all impacts of HR and is a very good book when it comes to length, cases studies & figures.
