Product Description
Amazon.co.uk Review
Eric Carle's The Very Hungry Caterpillar is a perennial favourite with children and adults alike. Its imaginative illustration and clever cut-out detail charts the progress of a very hungry caterpillar as he eats his way through the week.

This board book edition of what is surely a classic picture book is glossy, sturdy and ideal for curious little hands to get to grips with. (Ages 9 months to 2 years)--Susan Harrison

5.0 out of 5 stars ..... he wasn't a little caterpillar anymore, 25 Feb 2006
An excellent book, my little girl has enjoyed this right upto 2 and a half years old.

Helps with numbers, days of the week, colours and even the life cycle of caterpillars.

A fun book, an enjoyable book and even an educational book. A must-have for all toddlers and babies.

I'm in college now but always remebered this book from my younger years at school so was extremly delighted when i stumbled across it on amazon. I instanaeously purchased it for my young cousin who now insists on taking it everywhere and reading it to everyone she meets ! she has also taken a keen intrests in everything that flys. If you have or know a younger child then you simply MUST BUY THIS BOOK

I loved this book as a child and was worried that I would be disappointed when I read it to my son but I find it just as enjoyable now if not more so, seeing him delight in all the different foods (not to mention poking his chubby fingers through the holes!)
Every child should have a copy of this book!
