If you are thinking of buying one CS book, then this is the one. Martin Evening has written this book for photographers, and understand his topics quite well. The contents are well explained, the section on Colour Management is excellent. The book is well illustrated, with nice screen shots and example images. Sims (Nottingham, UK) - See all my reviews (REAL NAME)    I have been referring to my copy of RealWorld version 5 for years and felt it was time to get a detailed book which includes the newer functions. Comparing the RealWorldCS and this, Martin's book won easily. The layout is very methodical. The illustrations are clear Many of the sample photographs are included and you can easily apply the other sessions to these if the actual example is missing. The videos give you a way into seeing how the application is used by someone else so you pick up tips that were not specifically related to the example. Minor point, there are a few examples where they work but you are not sure if this is his preferred way of working or just being shown an alternative method.
