This book gives an amazing insight into rape and its aftermath. The book has helped me by explaining (in an understandable format) why I feel the way I do and why I get flashbacks etc. My partner has also read this book and now understands why I respond to certain situations I am placed in. His only wish was that we had found this book months after the attack rather than years later!
A must read for any survivor or partner of rape, whether you are male, female or a child.
