4.0 out of 5 stars Fascinating subject, 6 Mar 2004

This is a book to refer to rather than actualy read. It is like a gesture dictionary. Every entry has a useful little drawing to illustrate it. Gestures are listed alphabetically, with names like 'belly slice' and 'forefinger dip'. This means you have to rather guess at what a particular gesture is called, but they had to decide on some way of listing things and this is at least logical and consistent. I bought this book because a lot of other sources I've been reading refer to it. It seems to be a really comprehensive listing of its subject matter, and it should therefore prove very useful.
