3.0 out of 5 stars This book is only useful as a short JavaScript reference., 14 Jan 2002
By A Customer
If you bought this book to understand JavaScript be prepared for disappointment. Its problem is that it tries to cover too many subjects in the space available - HTML tags, JavaScript reference, how to program, practical code. It works better as a short reference to the functions etc than an explanatory text. The writing is a little clumsy. Is it a translation? It certainly feels like one. So only 3 stars.
