Book Description
The dictionary explains the language of the KS3 / 4 curriculum plus some recreational areas too. With an alphabetical wordfinder of over 1000 words and phrases, additional feature spreads on key topics setting the meanings of words in context rather than in isolation, and fully supported with diagrams and illustrations, it is a key dictionary for secondary level maths students. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

5.0 out of 5 stars A comprehensive but accessible must-have!, 20 Dec 2001
By A Customer
As a chalk face teacher, I have had the chance to review a large number of Maths dictionaries. This is by far the best that I have seen. Broken down into sections, the definitions and explanations are clear and easily understood. The use of colour highlight the important bits and help you to navigate through. Colour also helps to make the book more attractive and readable. It's a must both for the teacher and the student.
