I'm an ESOL teacher and I ordered this book to use it in my teaching of students from other countries. I read that the book was published in 1995. I think it's very misleading that the front cover states that the book is revised and updated. There are NO facts and figures after 1995. If I'd known that this book was 12 years old I wouldn't have bought it.

This book really helps you get more knowledge about Britain, its culture and some useful information to help you adapt to studying in this county. It's reader friendly and one of the best books of its type. It helped me go from IELTS 5.0 to 6.5 / 7.0. I would also recommend getting the Insight into IELTS book range and Cambridge IELTS book range also. Really useful! Get it now - I got my book second hand!
