Product Description

Book Description

Another great Measle adventure - and this may be the stickiest, slimiest, slurpiest one yet!

Product Description

A blob of slime has broken out of the prison in which it has been kept for years. As it slithers in escape it slurps up everything in its path. Nothing is safe. Especially not Measle Stubbs. For the slippery stomach has gobbled up a gaggle of wrathmonks, and in doing so has ingested their dislike of Measle. Now the blob is after him. And nothing can stop it. Not Iggy Niggle. Not Nanny Flannel. Not Tinker the dog. But it has enjoyed eating them . . . Can Measle gulp down his fear and beat the Slitherghoul . . . before the Slitherghoul gulps him down?

1.0 out of 5 stars Quite possibly the most nauseating book in existance., 6 Jun 2009
A Kid's Review
This might sound a bit prim and wet but my problem with this book is chiefly its preoccupation with disgusting subject matter. This is the first book I have ever read that makes me feel rather ill. All the sneezing/mucus references are in abysmal taste.
The characters and plot are also B-grade and the only people I can reccomend this to are 5-year olds who like anything disgusting.
Not one to be read after a meal or preferably not read at all.
