5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent book!!, 8 Mar 2001
While reading it, I didn't think I was reading a medical/dental book, but a book concerning everyday diet. It includes case studies (and analysis) which I found very interesting and helpfull. The book covers a wide range of topics (from vitamins to giving dental advice to patients) and although it is quite theoretical (many research results included etc.), one can see its clinical relevence immediately. I found this quite stimulating while reading this book. Other books on this subject seemed a bit boring but this book was quite something. A definite must for every dental student (u will need it for your course).
