Gabriella is an exciting author who is able to offer convincing advice because she admits to having had to face up to her own challenges by take a Gulp before moving forward! The book is well written and easy to read and you get absorbed by the insight and empathy Gabriella shows. The book helped me crystalise my thoughts and then move forward to face my challenges with confidence. Buy this book!

Those who have experienced the work of Gabriella Goddard have been waiting for her to put pen to paper. It was worth the wait!
Gulp! is easy to read and easy to follow. Gabriella freely shares her thoughts, skill and experience and is generous in sharing work and experience from other people to help illustrate her points clearly.
Gulp! is a resource for those who want to take their Gulp!, those who help others with Gulp! situations and anyone interested in practical self development.
Gabriella explains Gulp! is not just a book but a way of living and a sharing community. This is backed up by a great website (www.gulptime.com)

I have just finished reading this book - it is full of information and stories that show how your life can change when you face your fears. The author offers real practical advice - whether you are contemplating a small step forward or a big one, like moving country. It will help you in facing the fear and making the change as easily as possible. Also the book put into words things that I kind of knew but had not actually been able to articulate before - excited about applying these ideas to my life and finding out where it takes me!!
