This is a great little book. It covers a range of strokes over the whole body, with guidelines on improvisation, what oils to use, dealing with problem subjects and all sorts of other little extras. The illustration is clear and informative. If the book has one flaw, it's the vaguely hippyish feeling you get; a tangible whiff of California. Recommended.

This is simply the best book on massage I have ever seen.

Goodness knows, there are plenty to choose from. But most of them are either statements of the obvious, or full of "how it works and what it does" rather than the "how to do it" which is what most of us are after.

This book is just a whole series of very easy to follow and practise massage strokes and techniques. Believe me, if you master just a few of these, you'll never be alone! And you'll never run out, because the variety is quite incredible.

This is a book which is all about content. There are no glossy soft-p0rn photos. There are line drawings which show you what to do and where. There is plenty of space on the page so none of the techniques looks too daunting.

One question you might have about any massage book is: is this massage for me and my partner? Or me and my friends? Or even my children? This book covers all of that and more.

It's amazing that this book is out of print. In a crowded marketplace, it's head and shoulders above all the rest. It's the only book on massage you'll ever need.
