This package supplies C++ programmers with the information they need to start developing with the OpenDoc toolkit. The pack, which includes a CD-ROM, covers the component process from an insider's angle, presenting the basics of prototyping and developing parts which can easily be re-used in multiple applications. The information supplements the documentation which accompanies the OpenDoc developers toolkit for OS/2 and Windows NT. It includes many programming examples. The CD-ROM contains source files for three sample parts that demonstrate many key OpenDoc concepts and the OpenDoc toolkit. While written for the OS/2 and NT environment, the concepts in this pack can easily be applied to implementations of OpenDoc for Aix and other platforms.
