Business cases described relate to world wide multinational companies known to public audience. Easy to relate to and understand the business case. Interactive with cd rom as support in studies. Book includes exercises to enhance the knowledge on the end of each chapter. Very helpful in MBA studies. Relevant to all Managers, not only American. Book includes such topics as planning, organising, influencing, controlling and diversity. Major managament theories presented in a practical way. Highly recommended.
