1.0 out of 5 stars too theorectical; almost no code examples, 5 Jul 2001
I read this book coming from a VB/Access background, using DAO and wanted to learn to upgrade my skills to ADO. This book didn't help me achieve that. Great for a computer science course maybe (very dry), but for someone just trying to learn how to actually USE the technology, the lack of examples is frustrating. If you want to be this bored, go read the manual for your VCR instead (this coming from someone who loves programming!).
