    5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, 2 Aug 2003
By Miss R J Landon (Chessington, Surrey United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
This text definitely stands out from many other texts on forensic psychology, as although it contains all the ususal, plus a lot more, it discusses all the issues in a very real and practical way, rather than just quoting the facts and theories. It is a very accessible read, but certainly does not lack any depth. Any student studying or interested in this field (and anyone working in it for that matter!) should give it a read.

4.0 out of 5 stars An excellent introductory text, 4 May 2003
By Miss G Fairhurst (WIGAN United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
I'm a first year student taking forensic psychology and have found this book to be a good introduction into all aspects of the subject of forensic psychology from police procedures to criminal typologies. Although the book does not go into depth I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to get an overview of the field of forensic psychology and the scope of the discipline. It is very clearly written and easily accessible with lots of up to date information.
