3.0 out of 5 stars THREE TIRING & RATHER BLAND STORIES, 9 Jun 2004
By Ap Nj Dorrall "nicky0512" (plymouth, devon) - See all my reviews
(TOP 500 REVIEWER)    (REAL NAME)
THREE STORIES, THE FIRST ONE IS THE GIVEN NAME FOR THE ENTITLED BOOK AND IS IN MY OPINION THE MOST INTRIGUEING. THE SECOND STORY ABOUT AN OBSESSED OLD SCHOOL FRIEND WHO KIDNAPS HIS SUPPOSED LOVE INTEREST, ALTHOUGH AN ENJOYABLE THRILLER IT WAS FAR TOO SHORT AND AS SUCH WASN'T ABLE TO HOLD IT'S OWN.THE THIRD STORY WAS VERY ENJOYABLE - ABOUT A LOTTERY WINNER.
THIS IS FORMULAE STUFF FROM, "THE QUEEN OF SUSPENSE". THE ONLY APPEALING THING ABOUT ANY OF THESE STORIES WAS IN THE FIRST STORY, WITH THE SURPRISE ENDING.
