5.0 out of 5 stars A captivating novel, 16 Mar 2000
By A Customer
The Forestwife shows Marian's view in the well known tale of Robin Hood. As she is commonly thought of as a 'damsel in distress' type person but in this version Robin is in more distress. This book is less of a fairy tale than the usual story, it is very down to earth and the style is refreshing.
