I bought this book for new ideas, as I am on the Hip & Thigh diet. There are plenty new recipes to keep you going, and there is an index which the 'Complete Hip & Thigh Diet' did not have. I have had many a dinner party at which friends were surprised to find the entire meal was on my diet!

Some of the recipes are a bit more complicated than the original diet book which is why I gave a 4 and not a 5, but that of course is down to me wanting a quick fix during the week. The expected times are all given though so you know what you're getting into before you begin!

I brought this book when it first came out and it just went on one side along with the first Hip and Thigh Cook Book (back in 1989 and 1993), and now I do not know what I would do without them. I repicked them up after having a few bad meals with Rosemary's new cook books and also WeightWatchers. The recipes are absolutely fantastic, and the chicken dishes are easily adaptable for quorn. The chilli chicken (quorn) is divine. Rosemary also suggests accompliments with each dish which I find invaluable, as it takes out the guess work.
