4.0 out of 5 stars A Great Read, 3 Jan 2002
By A Customer
Nicholas Rhea is one of Peter N. Walker's pseudonyms and he has many. He writes mystery thrillers and this one features Detective Superindent Mark Pemberton. There is a serial killer on the lose in North Yorkshire and the suspect is Inspector Vic Hadley. How will Pemberton determine if it is him without alarming the whole of the police force, and worse, the local press. As viewers of the Heartbeat series, this author's work, will be aware, Walker never fails to keep the tension up until the last page.
