The editors at the Good Pub Guide take their jobs very seriously. In fact, they take it upon themselves to visit every one of the 5,000 plus pubs included as main entries anonymously--checking to make sure that each pub has the atmosphere and a certain je ne sais quoi required to merit an entry in the prestigious guide.
Divided into counties with Wales and Scotland forming separate chapters, the guide is very easy to follow.
