I had anticipated great things from Terence Stamp with whom I usually associate quality. Must say I was rather disappointed with this offering, too many cop-outs in terms of giving lots of recipes for items that wouldn't normally include wheat or dairy anyway.

Beautifully presented, sound and certainly a comfort to those of a 'delicate' dietary disposition. This recipe book is of the quality we have all come to expect from 'The Stamp Collection'.

I was extremely mislead by the title of this book, As I have to eat dairy and wheat free foods. Most of the recipes in this book include:

Sheeps cheese
Goats cheese
Halloumi cheese
pecorino cheese

Which anyone who is allergic to cows dairy is usually allergic to sheeps/goats cheeses also.

As they are classed as a form of DAIRY!!!
