I am really pleased with the book; if you are familiar with pilates- or not- this is a good book for you. I found all of the exercises very well explained (some I've already come into contact with from another of Mari Winsor's products- so if you are familiar with her methods this book is great for you). I found that it did help though to have someone read out the step by step explanations as I excercised in the beginning (to stop me from having to look at the book every 2 minutes- remembering when to breath in or exhale for example can be trivial in the beginning).
