5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant bread every time, 12 April 2002
This book is fantastic. It has given me a renewed interest in making bread in the breadmaker that I have had for 6 years. After trying lots of books based mostly for the US market it was good to find this one for the UK. It measures in ozs and grams as well as in cups. All the recipes I have tried have been fantastic, and there are some unusual recipes as well as the staples. Well worth having this book on your shelf.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is an excellent book which has transformed our results, 21 Feb 2002
By A Customer
Prior to buying this book, the recipes supplied with our bread machine gave average/ disappointing results. Every recipe from this book which we have tried has been totally successful and now our homemade bread is better than we can buy in the shops. Recipes are very simply described with ingredients in a variety of convenient units. There are basic recipes, fancy recipes etc etc. I would thoroughly recommend anyone with a bread machine to buy this book!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Bread in Town!, 21 Jun 2002
I purchased my breadmaker only a few weeks back and used the recipes supplied. The results were good and i was happy. I then purchsed this book and WOW.....the results were tremedous, it made my other loaves look pathetic! I ca not recommend this book enough, the loaves are bigger and better than you can imagine, and the recipes are countless.
