4.0 out of 5 stars A useful tool to help prepare for those tough interviews, 5 Sep 2001
By A Customer
This book teaches you very quickly (a little longer than 60 seconds!) how to prepare for those tough job interviews. The information can be read and implemented the night before an interview, and the techniques learnt will boost your confidence and help you to reflect on your skills and reasons for wanting the job. You will then be able to present a succinct summary of your skills in aproximately 60 seconds. It also lists and answers many of the typical questions that you may receive during an interview, and some of the illegal questions to watch out for! The book suggests over 30 questions that you could ask the potential employer, and helps with the techniques required for negotiating salaries. All-in-all I found this book very helpful, not only for the interviews, but to help me focus on the whole job application process.
