I bought this book during my pregnancy and have used it so many times I've lost count. As well as helpful hints on massage techniques, the book lists those essential oils that are, and are not, to be used during pregnancy, during labour, and on your baby.

It's a nice read as well as a useful reference for treating common pregnancy/labour complaints and how to massage baby (she loves it!). Also gives tips on buying/storing essential oils.

This is my favourite pregnancy/labour/baby book and I have a few!

This is a great book for anyone suffering in pregnancy! It deals with all sorts of topics, from swollen ankles and strech marks to tiredness, and the ingredients to make the massage oils are easily purchased. I found this book invaluable during my pregnancy and would recommend it. It also has a section at the back for massaging your new arrival.

I am preparing myself for the birth of my second baby. I was interested in aromatherapy but didn't really know where to start. So decided to give this book a go. It's brilliant, covering everthing I need to know about which oils are safe to use during pregnancy and birth. How to use The oils is also covered eg in a burner or on a compress and which oils are good at certain stages of labour. I have been using my aromatherapy burner almost everynight in the run up to my labour and find it really relaxing, even my husband enjoys it! It's well written and easy to read and I would definately recommend it to anyone who wants to attempt a natural birth.
