Only Michael Gelb's "Body Learning" comes close as a basic introductory text on the Technique. Clear, straightforward, and not twisted into pop-psych, pop-health or pop-fitness cliches to satisfy the publisher. If you are having lessons, or considering studying the Technique, you should buy this book.
