4.0 out of 5 stars Confident to take control, 16 Oct 2005
By A Customer
A friend gave me this book at a time when I was really questioning my career and where I was going.

The book was written in simple language which was very easy to follow. Although, some of John Lees' suggestions seemed very obvious when I first read them, on reflection I have not put alot of these into practise and am now working on the simple and easy things which can give big wins.

I now feel alot more confident about change and that I have more direction than before. Reading this book is a good start to planning and taking control of your career.
