I found this book to be excellent, so much so I am ordering another two copies to give as personal copies to two of our sales team.
The strategies are clearly defined and are of a generic nature that can be applied to many businesses. The language is easy to follow with 'real' dialogue as opposed to 'buzz words'and high level concepts.
I would recommend this book to any company who wish to improve revenue and truly understand what 'consultative selling' is really about.

I have never read such a concise and useful business book. Robin Fielder explains the buying process and the selling process so very clearly, and then packs the book with practical advice on selling. I have been in sales for more than 10 years and still learnt plenty from this book.

Robin Fielder is a highly experienced sales trainer and coach. In this book he lays out a modern and effective approach to account management and high-level sales. This is an essential piece of reading for the professional sales person.
