This book covers in a very realistic way all aspects business process change and performance improvement. It is not as in some other books on BPR presenting BPR as a miracle solution. This book explains also the process change difficulties and gives detailed guidance and practical tips for implementation. Many real life cases illustrate the theory. Apart from the implementation issues, also a methodology for selecting which processes have to be adapted in priority is explained. For everybody working in the domain of business process change, or in the education part of it, the book is of very good value.
