If, like me, you are sceptical of hypnotherapy and the like try not to be put off trying this book and cd. You need to want to lose weight and be ready to make some changes to your life, and if you commit to this the book (but more the cd) can really help. Even if by regular listening it keeps you focused on your weight loss goals, it has helped me gradually lose over 3 stone in the last 9 months. Glenn's voice is soothing and helps you relax and clear your mind before thinking of your own goals.
