3.0 out of 5 stars Difficult book to read and use, 11 Oct 2009
By Matts Cotty (Switzerland) - See all my reviews
All Six Sigma Black Belts will have to use complex statistics in the course of the projects and this book is designed to show you how to complete the complex statistics in both Minitab and Excel. If you are familiar with Minitab then this book might be useful, but if you are a beginner it fails to take you through the process step by step of determining what analysis you will need to perform for you situation. Once you know what statistical tests you want to perform then is does help you along the way, but sometimes it's like pulling teeth.
