This book was a huge disappointment. The advice was basic crudely thought out and frankly some of it may actually be quite damaging to a small business... For example on creating a radio advertisement the author recommends that the 'message' should be right and that a potential customer would not aviod buying a product because it's radio advert sounds like it was made on 'your aunts $25 tape recorder'. - that sends out the wrong image to me.

Don't waste money on this book.
