Yes, it is aimed at American Real Estate Agents but not so much as to spoil its' enjoyment or stop you taking many of the theories on board. It is particularly useful for those venturing into the franchise estate agency industry such as RE/MAX. The author fully conveys his passion for the business and his enthusiasm is infectious with the result that you can't wait to go out and practice what it preaches.
