3.0 out of 5 stars A good read to gain background knowledge, 10 Jul 2006
By Adam Wheeler (Worcester, UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This book was a good read to either enhance your IP Telephony knowledge, or to get started.

It was easy to read and understand, with the complexity increasing slightly as new concepts were introduced.

This book left me with a firm understanding of the subject, with the ability to apply what I had learnt.

This is a good foundation book to build upon. Would recommend it to new comers to the subject.
