This book was required by the film degree I was studying a few years ago and I can now see why. The extraordinary amount of detail that has gone into this fantastic book makes it totally ideal for a course of this nature.
Not only this, buy anyone even remotely interested in any aspect film production, will undoubtedly learn something from this book.
The only down side is that some of the explanations can be a little hard to follow, especially when the correct examples are difficult to locate, but it's worth persevering!
An all round excellent textbook!
