Juran's Quality Handbook is THE classic text on quality management. The book has constantly been updated over the years and this latest edition covers all the latest trends in the world of quality and general management.

This text is the only book any manager or quality practitioner will ever need. It covers general management issues as well as its main thrust of quality improvement based around Juran's quality trilogy model.

Where many management books leave the reader dangling by giving plenty of theoretical advice without any tools to go and use, Juran's book takes you the full journey covering all the tools you could ever need to analyse problems and most importantly develop solutions.

Much of Juran's advice has remained the same since the 1950's when the Japanese so successfully took his teaching to heart and whilst many companies would do well to follow this 50 year old advice, Juran also covers such new and exciting subjects as 6 sigma which Jack Welch claims has transformed GE and saved them huge sums of money.

This book is massive, covers every aspect of quality engineering and management and is highly recommended.

A classic in the true sense of the word, this book and its author changed the world and it appears he isn't finished yet!
