5.0 out of 5 stars Recommended for the seeker, 22 Nov 1997
By A Customer
This book is one of the few worth re-reading. Her account is candid and feels true, unlike other shamanic stories I've read. One grows from reading it. It goes well beyond temporary entertainment. It gives the seeker substance to grow from. I highly recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lifting, 8 Nov 2007
By Lynne Grey (United States) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
As I read through this book I found it to be a lifting experience. Olga is a very talented writer and I was swept away by her story. I almost felt like I took her journey with her.

This is a very eye-opening experience. To see a medical doctor, going through something that she could not believe herself, and becoming a true shaman was a thrill. I learned a lot about shamans, Siberian wisdom and the Russian traditions.

Very enjoyable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Definitely one of my "top 10" favorites in spiritual books, 30 April 1999
By A Customer
I am a serious searcher of truth. I could not put Ms. Kharitidi's book down. Now, I will be looking everywhere for books on Siberian Mysticism. What makes this so believable is the fact that she wrote this inside a very repressed Country. Her story came from her heart!!Belovodia has similarities to the fabled lands of Lemuria and Atlantis. I hope she writes a sequel. I would love to hear more about the Twin Spirit and about the Mummies connections to Belovodia etc. She has a message that is worth so much.
