(Report this)   Complete and utter guff., 6 Oct 2004 By A Customer I borrowed this book from a friend who had said she'd found it useful. I found it to be full of random statements taken out of context, and various hand-wavy ideas that don't hold up to any scrutiny and followed up by pages upon pages of interviews with people who just happen to agree with the author. I feel the whole book could have been boiled down to a small pamphlet by a decent editor.
