This book really does put feelings into perspective. Though aimed at women this book is still of great value to men as well, healing is difficult, this easy to use, referance style book helps to make sense of thoughts and feelings. It helps you to further understand flashbacks an so on.. This book has some excellent techniques to help the survivor learn to cope then heal.

As a man it was nice to find a book that was of use for both men and women. The writers style is very user friendly! All in all an excellent short but to the point self help book.
