This is a great cookbook and you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy it. I absolutely love this cookbook and I have not found one recipe I have been disappointed in.

I own a lot of cookbooks, but this is one of the few that I actually use. The food is delicious, and the recipes realistic. There is a refreshing absence of the kind of puritanical zeal that characterizes too many vegetarian cookbooks.
