5.0 out of 5 stars Elvis, or one of them, really IS dead., 29 Aug 2002

(REAL NAME)
Can you imagine a chorus line of Elvis impersonators? Anne George has - but ,alas, one of them is not going to escape alive. In full view of the audience, and right in front of the unlikeliest pair of sisters you've ever had the pleasure of meeting, one Elvis takes a fatal dive into the orchestra pit.
Amid the usual sibling squabbles, and a family reunion which turns out to be intimately involved with the deceased, the sisters unravel the 'sequins' of events, triumphantly (and hilariously) surviving a threadbare bear and theatrical intrigue.
Sadly, I guess this will be the last of the series, as I learned from the back cover that Ms George died last year. Her entertaining and ingenious sisters will be greatly missed in future.
