This review is from: Business Research Methods (Dryden Press Series in Management) (Hardcover)

This book was essential for my degree course, as the course leader decided to base everything around it. The book itself irritated me, the layout is extremely poor and while the content itself is useful in parts, I did not find it to be as good as I expected, largely due to the Americanisation.

I would advise a British-written book on the subject, as Zikmund is not as good as other reviews may claim.

Information is almost impossible to find and fragmented all over the book.
